How to shop
How to search for a specific coin, medal, banknote or collector accessories
If you are interested in the whole category, the category can be opened from the main page of the website by clicking on "E-Shop" either in the top bar or in the middle field of the main page of the website. This will open the main page of the E-Shop. Here it is possible to continue by clicking on the relevant category in The category overview is located at the top of the page. Clicking on a specific category opens a page with items from that category.
How to order a coin, medal, banknote or collector accessories
Order a coin, medal, collectible, etc. can be done by clicking on "Detail" for individual subjects on the relevant category page. Then a detail of the subject (enlarged image, or additional information) is displayed. You can order here by clicking on "Add to cart". The contents of the basket can be viewed at any time by clicking on the basket symbol at the top right. The contents of the basket can be modified here at any time, e.g. add another piece of the same item (by pressing "+" or "-") or a coin, medal, etc. remove from the basket (by pressing "-" or "x" - delete).
When choosing coins, medals and other items, the intended method of collection must also be taken into account, as some collectibles have to be collected in person.
To complete the order, click and move to the basket in the upper right corner to get to "complete order"; you will be prompted to fill in your delivery information, select your payment and shipping method, review your information, and confirm your order, which will send your order for processing.
Product prices are listed in CZK incl. VAT The tax rate of a specific item is specified in the parameters.
The customer has also the option to order selected goods by e-mail at info@antiumaurum.cz. The goods can also be purchased directly in our store (see "Contact"). Orders are processed in the order in which they arrive.
What are the options when choosing a method of transport and payment
The customer can choose collection in person, with payment in cash upon collection in our store (up to the value of the legal limit for cash payments) or payment in advance to the account, or sending the goods to the address with payment in advance or in the form of cash on delivery. When sending the goods to the address, the goods are always carefully packed and insured for their full value.
Within the Czech Republic, goods are sent in a value letter, in a value package, in a parcel or registered mail by Czech Post. Please contact us at info@antiumaurum.cz for other options of shipping.
Payment for goods within the Czech Republic can be made in cash upon collection in person in our shop (up to the legal limit for cash payments), in cash on delivery, by transfer in CZK from a bank in the Czech Republic or by depositing CZK to our CZK account via a bank.
For shipments other than those listed above an individual calculation will be prepared.

How to receive delivered goods
When receiving the shipment, the buyer always checks whether the packaging is intact and whether the shipment shows no obvious signs of damage. If the package is found to be damaged and there are obvious signs of damage to the package (e.g. the package is partially or completely damaged, the security tape is damaged, the package is crumpled to the touch), the buyer will refuse to accept the damaged package. The buyer immediately contacts the seller (by phone at +420 222 317 702, by e-mail at info@antiumaurum.cz).
If the packaging of the shipment is not damaged when the shipment is received, and the shipment does not show obvious signs of damage, the buyer shall check the contents of the shipment without delay (recommended on the same day that he received the shipment). If, after unpacking, damage or loss of the item in the shipment is detected, the buyer shall notify this fact immediately, i.e. within a period of no later than two working days after taking over the shipment, reports damage or loss of the contents of the shipment to the relevant carrier and will write a damage report with him. He will keep one copy of the protocol. Furthermore, the buyer will immediately notify the seller of this finding (by phone at +420 222 317 702, by e-mail at info@antiumaurum.cz) and send him a copy of the complaint protocol drawn up with the relevant carrier.
The buyer acknowledges that failure to comply with the above-mentioned procedure, in particular failure to accept delivery of a damaged shipment or failure to comply with the deadlines for complaints in the event of loss or damage to the contents of the shipment, results in the carrier not recognizing the complaint with all the consequences for him.
